Mofin has two types of loans it offers to individuals.
Mofin offers unsecured personal loans and term loans to individuals who are formally employed in the government or private sector. These loans size from ZMW300 and above at very affordable rates. They are tailor made to suit individual client profiles.

You may check for your balance via our short code by dialing *410# and following the prompts. You are further given a key facts statement of your transactions.

How do I make payments?
Salary advance and Loans repayments are made in cash at any of our branches, through direct debit, via our short code *410# or through your employer payroll systems where an agreement is in place. Key facts about our repayment systems: In an event you fail to make a full repayment, we may permit you to make a payment plan with us. Delayed payments attract penalties in the form of extra interest.

Who qualifies for the loans?
Anyone who is formally employed by a company that is pre-approved by Mofin and gets paid through a commercial bank account. Civil servants have access to term loans or salary advances. Employees from the private sector have access to salary advances and in some cases term loans were a payroll agreement is in place.

What are the requirements?
Original NRC, Latest pay slip (not applicable to GRZ employees), latest bank statement, proof of residence, letter from employer (where applicable).

What is your interest rate?
